We hired Sports Surfaces to resurface our HOA tennis court. They did an excellent job. The staff is courteous and very helpful answering all of our numerous questions and addressing every concern. We were able to reach them immediately through their office, email, and text. Their sales rep, Sheila, was the only vendor representative who was on time to our appointment, professionally attired, and prepared with company information, brochures and collaterals which none of the other bidding vendors did. Mary assisted with scheduling and worked with us on every aspect of the job including providing photos of what several court colors would look like, offering advice about which colors would last the longest over the years. Additionally, Mary scheduled the job with our needs in mind and was flexible with the start date. The installers were pleasant and hard working, completing the job in two (2) days. We never had to micromanage the install crew; they knew exactly what the contract called for and delivered as promised. They even had us fill out a performance record at the final inspection. We wrote that the installers should be given a raise for their excellent work. They even pressure cleaned our light poles which have not been cleaned since 1987 (see photo below). We've already referred them to another HOA and highly recommend this company. Attached are photos of the finished court.
